Congratulations to Team Present Perfect, owner Peter Tenke for winning Blue Ribbon Round the Lake Balaton Race (Kékszalag) in L30 class out of seven boats in division.
Moreover Team Present Perfect won silver medals in absolute Yardstick handicap out of more than 500 boats.
The Blue Ribbon is the longest cross-country sailing race in Europe, covering 155 kilometers. After the start in Balatonfüred, the competitors pass through Balatonkenese (eastern shore), Siófok (southern shore) and the Tihany Strait (northern shore), and turn back to Balatonfüred at Keszthely (western shore).
This year 510 boats entered this year’s event, meaning almost 2,500 competitors on board!
